Check the equipment description
Look for the proposed type and quantity, including separate washing or accessible equipment. Ask which upgraded features are included and whether the description matches the model discussed. Photos on a website should not replace these details.
Align the rental and access dates
Confirm the intended delivery, use and collection arrangements. Explain restricted receiving windows or a property that cannot be accessed on certain days. Ask how an extension or changed schedule is handled under the applicable terms before relying on flexibility.
Read service and supply assumptions
Ask what cleaning, pumping and replenishment are included for the expected use. Clarify how additional attention is requested and quoted. An ongoing worksite and a short crowded gathering may have different operating needs even when they request similar equipment.
Resolve exclusions before agreeing
Review any separate transport, special access, relocation, damage, cancellation or additional-service terms in the proposal. Do not assume those terms match another supplier or an earlier booking. We do not publish generic numerical rates because the actual equipment, property and service arrangement need to be considered together.
