Questions that help turn a request into a plan

These answers explain the decisions to review. The offered equipment and accepted terms govern your actual rental.

Can I enquire without knowing the unit count?

Yes. Share the number of people, their schedule and any permanent restrooms they can use. Explain accessible needs and washing separately. The team can then review a proposed arrangement rather than treating a guessed unit count as final.

Is delivery possible on the date I need?

Ask with the exact address and requested equipment as soon as the likely date is known. Availability and receiving access must be checked. Calls accepted 24/7 does not mean every delivery window is available.

Does every toilet have a sink?

No feature should be assumed from the category name. Ask for the proposed model details and discuss a separate wash station when needed. Include water, soap and towel replenishment in that discussion.

Can equipment go in a backyard or behind a building?

Explain the entrance, surface and route. The provider must review delivery and service access before placement is agreed. A pedestrian opening or a photograph of an empty space is not enough to establish a workable vehicle approach.

Who decides whether the layout meets requirements?

The responsible venue, employer or organiser should check the rules applying to the property and use. The equipment provider can supply model and service details. This website does not certify an event or workplace.

What if I need more time or earlier collection?

Contact the team with the order details and revised plan. Changes require review against availability and the applicable terms. Keep the confirmed collection process clear instead of assuming the equipment disappears automatically on an estimated finish date.

Bring the details. Ask the questions.

Let’s make the next step a clear one.

Discuss the property, the people and the period of use.
The equipment arrangement follows from there.
