For a service or supply concern
Describe what you have noticed, which unit is involved and whether access remains clear. Contact the team for instructions rather than adding chemicals, making repairs or moving equipment. If there is an immediate hazard, keep people away from it and follow the appropriate onsite procedures.
For revised dates or additional equipment
Explain what has changed and when the new arrangement is needed. Availability and the applicable order terms must be reviewed. A request does not automatically extend an accepted rental or reserve extra units. Retain the confirmation of any agreed change.
For a blocked route or requested move
Tell the provider before a scheduled visit if the entrance or placement area is no longer usable. Describe the proposed alternative, but do not reposition a loaded unit without agreement. Moving facilities can affect both service access and users’ ability to reach them.
For collection
Confirm the process required to end the rental. Give the closing contact and ensure the equipment remains reachable after staff or guests leave. If the site handover date changes, tell the team promptly so removal can be reviewed against the revised access window.
