Discuss the tank before requesting a pumping visit

An RV or holding-tank request needs a different set of details from a cabin rental. Start with the equipment and the exact service location.

Identify what requires attention

Describe the RV or tank arrangement, the service requested and any information you have about the connection or capacity. Do not assume a portable-toilet servicing visit covers an unrelated tank. The provider needs to confirm suitability before accepting the work.

Make the service point clear

Explain where the vehicle or tank sits and how the service vehicle can approach it. Mention locked gates, height restrictions, parked vehicles and property access limits. Ask the team which measurements or photographs would help; a general address does not establish reach or compatibility.

Coordinate with the property contact

For a managed site, obtain permission and confirm any designated service area or schedule. Keep users and other vehicle activity clear of the agreed work area. Follow the provider’s instructions and do not open, modify or improvise a connection to prepare for an unconfirmed visit.

Review what the proposal covers

Ask about the service scope, timing, access assumptions and any related water or equipment needs separately. If the location changes or the tank situation differs from the initial description, notify the team before arrival. This page invites enquiries; it does not promise every tank type or address can be serviced.
