Explain who loses access to indoor facilities
Describe which toilets will close, how long the interruption may last and who needs an alternative. Contractors, staff and visitors may follow different routes or work different hours. Ask the responsible property contact to confirm which permanent facilities, if any, remain available to each group.
Resolve shared-space permission early
A contractor may arrange the rental while a property manager controls parking and common areas. Identify the person who can approve the position. Include neighbouring entrances and normal deliveries in that discussion instead of treating an empty space as automatically available.
Keep the approved location on the project record so later crews do not move materials into the service approach. Request provider assistance if the position has to change.
Treat cleaning access as an operating requirement
A site that can receive a toilet once may still be hard to service when occupied. Explain gate hours and any receiving procedure. Establish who reports blocked access and how a missed window will be handled under the agreed arrangement.
End the rental when the facilities are genuinely ready
An expected reopening date may move. Ask for an extension if needed, and explicitly request collection when the temporary setup is no longer required. Give the South Miami street address and dates for an individual proposal; this planning page does not identify a local depot.
