Compare the fittings line by line
Ask whether the proposed cabin includes a flushing system, an internal sink, a light or other conveniences. Different models may offer different combinations. The photograph on this site is illustrative; the equipment description in the proposal should identify what you are actually requesting.
Consider the people and period of use
An upgraded cabin may be useful where guests value additional interior conveniences but a trailer is unnecessary or unsuitable. Explain the occasion, the hours of use and the property. If use continues after daylight, discuss the lighting requirement explicitly rather than relying on the model name.
Do not overlook the surrounding layout
The approach, door opening and service access still need assessment. A cabin with more features does not solve a narrow gate or an unsuitable surface. Ask about the complete delivered dimensions and any operational needs associated with those features.
For users with accessibility requirements, request a separately reviewed accessible option. Deluxe and accessible describe different questions and should not be treated as substitutes.
Include maintenance in the comparison
Ask how the extra fittings affect supplies, replenishment and servicing. Compare the full proposal with a standard cabin plus separate handwashing, or with a trailer where appropriate. Confirm the accepted equipment, dates and collection arrangement before relying on the upgrade for your occasion.
