Describe the experience you want
Explain whether you are looking for flushing fixtures, interior washbasins, climate control or a particular style of interior. These features must be confirmed for the available trailer; they are not universal promises. Tell the team about the event format and expected pattern of use.
Check the installation before choosing the model
Trailers may require more delivery and operating space than standalone cabins. Discuss the approach, turning and positioning, as well as steps, platforms or accessible entry arrangements. Have the property contact review the offered unit’s requirements before the delivery is accepted.
Resolve utilities and ongoing operation
Ask whether electrical or water connections are required and what alternatives are available if the property cannot provide them. Confirm responsibility for approved connections, stored supplies and service visits. A nearby outlet or tap does not establish suitability.
Include the period before guests arrive and after they leave when planning operation. The people setting up and closing the venue may still need facilities.
Keep the guest route and service route distinct
Positioning should respect both pedestrian access and the vehicle access needed for delivery, maintenance and removal. Arrange signs and lighting with the organiser where necessary. Obtain clear collection instructions so temporary equipment does not conflict with the next use of the venue.
