The county publishes athletic field and court reservation information. Use it to find the relevant booking contact and check the exact facility, hours and existing restrooms. Ask about additional equipment permission rather than assuming any space beside a field can be used.
Describe the handover between groups
Include players, spectators, officials and helpers. Note whether arrivals overlap with departures and whether people remain between sessions. This helps the provider review the quantity and servicing request without pretending a single attendance total describes all use.
Separate service movement from participant movement
Agree the supplier entrance and proposed equipment position with the property operator. Keep restroom and washing approaches usable as teams, seating and other equipment change. If servicing is needed during the programme, discuss a workable window before confirming the arrangement.
Ask whether the regional request can be supported
This is not an Indian River branch or promise of county-wide availability. Provide the exact address, session schedule and equipment needs for route assessment. Collection access must also be agreed; the end of the last match does not automatically determine when removal can happen.
