Check what the venue already provides
Ask which indoor facilities remain available through preparation, the ceremony, reception and cleanup. Note whether staff or caterers share them. A venue’s normal provision may not reflect your event’s layout or hours, so base the request on the actual arrangement.
Compare cabins and trailers thoughtfully
Discuss upgraded cabins or a restroom trailer by confirmed features, not a photograph alone. A trailer may require additional positioning space or utilities. Accessible use must be reviewed separately, including the complete approach from the guest areas.
Fit temporary facilities into the supplier schedule
Ask the venue when the equipment vehicle can enter and who approves the final location. The position should remain practical after furniture, flowers, catering and music equipment arrive. Leave room for doors, washing and queues without routing guests through the unloading area.
If the celebration runs after daylight, arrange appropriate directions and lighting with the venue.
Decide who handles the next-day details
The couple should not have to resolve an unplanned collection after leaving the venue. Nominate an organiser or property contact to coordinate service questions, changes and pickup. Agree the removal plan before confirming other suppliers’ departure times. No booking is final until the specific arrangement is accepted.
