Decide which facilities the cabin is replacing
Is this the only toilet available to a crew, or an addition to permanent restrooms at an occasion? Explain the difference when you enquire. Note which indoor facilities are open, who may use them and any hours when they are locked. This makes the requested provision easier to assess.
Standard cabins are typically non-flushing. Ask about the offered model’s interior fittings rather than assuming a sink, light or flush system comes with the category. An illustrative photograph is not a specification for your order.
Put washing alongside toilet access
Discuss a separate handwashing station if the cabin does not provide one. Its location should make washing convenient without narrowing the toilet entrance. Agree the responsibility for water, soap and towels, including how to request attention between planned visits.
Keep a usable space around the equipment
Provide the delivery address and describe the proposed spot. Steps, restricted gates or a surface that will change during building work should be raised before placement is agreed. Reserve the surrounding space so parked cars, materials or guest queues do not prevent use or servicing.
Check the complete order
Review the unit description, quantity, period of use, maintenance arrangement and collection instructions together. Ask which items are included and how changes are handled. If you need a different feature, compare an upgraded cabin before accepting the equipment proposal.
